This Norwegian boy says "Uff Da" as he experiences the aroma of a bucket of lutefisk. Lutefisk is dried cod fish that is soaked in lye and water. After cooking, it is served with melted butter or cream gravy. A good serving of this slippery, slimy fish on Christmas Eve will make any Norwegian smile!
