While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web Browers such as Netscape Navigator or Mircosoft Internet Explorer becomes locked. While we use SSL encrytion to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All of our user's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our company. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Farmors Butik is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Ship/Hand/Ins fees are not refundable. Merchandise must be in orginal condition and a copy of the shipping invoice must accompany returned merchandise. Please email if merchandise was damaged in transit. Keep the original packing and box that it was shipped in to facilitate claim processing with the USPS and/or Fed Ex Shipping and Handling Policy? Farmors Butik ships merchandise ordered from the website via Fed Ex. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs may be shipped via USPS. When shipping smaller lighter packages, shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly. Any questions, please email. Methods of payment? TOP
Farmors Butik accepts credit cards through PayPal's secure server. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to use their service. PayPal is a free, secure payment gateway. Please note that your credit card payment information goes directly thru PayPal's secure server. Farmors Butik does not have access to your credit card information. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Sales Tax on Orders? TOP
Farmors Butik is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders placed by Florida residents. Shipping Charges are not taxed. Order shipped? TOP
Farmors Butik tries to ship all orders within 48 hours. Exception: If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or we're awaiting a shipment from suppliers. Items in stock? TOP
Occasionally we do run out of an item. If this happens, you will be notified by email and item will be shipped as soon as available. Price change without notice? TOP
